Job Description

An inclusive, collaborative and rapidly-growing facilities management firm are seeking a highly experienced and capable Operations Director to join their growing team in a pivotal leadership role. As Operations Lead, you'll drive the mobilisation of new client sites, enforce operational standards, and lead a large field-based team. Reporting to the COO, you'll own execution, compliance, and quality assurance, ensuring every site launch is smooth, on time, and audit-ready.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead site mobilisation from planning to go-live
  • Manage and develop operations managers and supervisors
  • Enforce compliance
  • Conduct audits, track actions, and resolve escalations swiftly
  • Ensure payroll and attendance integrity across all contracts


Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience within an operations leadership role within facilities or property management
  • Proven track record in mobilisation within compliance-heavy environments
  • High accountability, tech fluency, and field management experience
  • Project management skills
  • Strong communicator with a sharp eye for operational detail
  • Health & Safety/Compliance certifications and a relevant degree are desirable
