We’re representing a leading organisation at a pivotal stage of its digital transformation, seeking a Head of Product and Delivery to lead one of four critical customer journeys within the Enterprise Division.


This is a senior leadership position with complete end-to-end accountability, spanning product management, experience design, customer experience, technology delivery and change.

In essence, you’ll act as the CEO of your own journey: setting the vision, defining the roadmap, and ensuring delivery excellence from concept through to customer outcome.


The Opportunity

  • Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of around 190 colleagues across Product, UX, Engineering, and Change.
  • Manage a budget of approximately £13 million, driving performance against defined OKRs.
  • Work closely with senior commercial stakeholders, particularly across Sales and Distribution, influencing at Executive level to align strategy, priorities, and delivery.
  • Operate within a mature Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment, leading multiple squads across several value streams.
  • Own the entire customer experience across your journey, from acquisition to onboarding and advice.
  • Shape the future of both Direct-to-Consumer and B2B propositions as customer expectations evolve through AI and digital innovation.


About You

You’re a seasoned senior leader with deep experience across product, delivery and customer experience. You lead through influence, not authority, and be able to navigate complex stakeholder groups and make decisive calls when needed.


You’ll bring:

  • A proven record of leading large-scale product, technology and experience teams within a SAFe or scaled agile environment.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex digital transformations.
  • Strong strategic, commercial and customer orientation. Equally credible with engineers, designers, and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and momentum at all levels.
