New role at one of London's most exciting consumer tech companies in the financial services space. After raising a significant Series C fundraise the team are growing fast.


We're looking for a well rounded Product Leader with deep experience in the consumer growth & acquisition space who is also highly commercial (has owned a P&L) and with particular strength in data analytics.


You will lead the Growth and Acquisition pillar of the business and act as the business lead too. Leading a team of (~40 across product, engineering design, data science, data analytics, performance marketing, growth marketing). The commercial nature of this role is a perfect set up for those looking to move towards a CPO seat in the future.



The role:

  • Defining a comprehensive Product Growth strategy, communicating it across the business and driving its successful execution
  • Leading, managing and scaling a team of product managers, ensuring that product, engineering, and marketing efforts are aligned
  • Highly data-driven with the ability to lead acquisition analysts, (you're highly numerate in nature)
  • Driving the performance and effectiveness of all acquisition channels
  • Key collaborator cross-functionally across engineering, product, marketing, and data teams
  • Leading on optimisation of the customer acquisition funnel
  • Driving the experimentation culture of the business forward


About you:

  • Strong background in high profile, B2C tech scale ups, with evidence of working with World class, fast paced teams
  • Proven growth leadership experience with extensive experience, working with senior product people and performance marketers, driving high-impact acquisition strategies.
  • Deep understanding of marketing performance metrics, (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and marketing ROI) and experience managing multi-million-pound budgets
  • Experience of owning a P&L or key performance indicators
  • Strong academic background from a top global university (MBA's preferred)
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry is required


This role is hybrid, 3 days per week in London.
