MCCF transforms lives through cricket - providing access and opportunity to those who need it most, championing the state school game, and using cricket as a vehicle for social impact in the UK and overseas. This role comes as the outgoing Operations Director steps up as CEO, creating an exciting leadership opportunity at a time of growth.
The Role
As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will:
Lead the Foundation's UK and international programme portfolio. Manage a team of programme staff and a network of 500+ coaches. Strengthen operations across policy, risk, compliance, and systems. Oversee strategic partnerships with the ECB, MCC, counties, and international partners. Support governance, reporting and organisational strategy.
