Please do not contact the recruiter directly.Role and responsibilitiesAs Director of Quality & Risk, you will provide expert leadership in quality governance, assurance, improvement, and risk management across the Campus. You will lead our Governance Team, ensuring robust systems are in place to meet and exceed statutory, regulatory, and corporate standards, while embedding a culture of safety, learning, and continuous improvement.Working closely with the Senior Management Team, AVP of Quality, and Corporate Director of Quality & Risk, you will:Lead and develop the Harley Street Governance Team across quality, patient safety, risk, incidents, complaints, and improvement.Ensure compliance with CQC, HSE, PHE, safeguarding, and wider regulatory frameworks.Oversee quality governance systems, risk registers, incident investigations (PSIRF), and business continuity planning.Champion a culture of openness, learning, and quality improvement.Drive patient safety, clinical effectiveness, and patient experience initiatives.Report to executive and governance committees, providing insight, assurance, and strategic recommendations.Collaborate on corporate governance initiatives and represent Harley Street Campus at group level.About youWe are looking for an experienced healthcare governance leader who can combine strategic thinking with operational delivery.
