Interim Quality Director (12 Month Fixed Term Contract) Worcester
We are looking for an Interim Quality Director to join our key client in Worcester to cover the Quality department on a 12-month FTC basis who can start immediately.
This role would suit someone who has ideally has experience leading a Quality department in a fast paced manufacturing environment for a product based manufacturing company covering global manufacturing sites.
Excellent Salary to be discussed upon application due to internal company confidentiality Monday to Friday Hybrid Working + Excellent Benefits Global Travel required when necessary
Key Responsibilities:
The Quality Director will be overseeing the Quality department and ensuring company and product reputation in standards is adhered to. Deliver high quality products whilst building impeccable relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders Liaise with both customers and suppliers to ensure overall quality satisfaction and deal with any high level Quality issues and processes Experience adhering to ISO standards as well as 8D, PPAP and FMEA essential Travel to manufacturing sites when necessary to ensure Quality issues are dealt with at the highest level
Key Attributes:
This role would suite a Quality Director, Head of Quality, Senior Quality Manager with at least 8 to 10 years’ experience managing a large Quality team Ideally experience working in a fast paced or regulated environment such as Automotive, Medical Device Products, Consumer Electronics, Consumer based products etc. Ability to wear multiple hats, liaise confidently with multiple teams and work well under pressure in a busy environment Willingness to commit to a 12 Month FTC and ability to travel globally when necessary
