Our client, a prestigious luxury hotel, is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to drive revenue growth, lead a high-performing sales team, and strengthen the property's position in a competitive market. Key Director of Sales Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximise revenue across rooms, meetings & events, and F&B. Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate, leisure, and MICE accounts. Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results. Work closely with the General Manager and Revenue Manager to ensure alignment of commercial strategy. Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Candidate requirements for the Director of Sales Proven experience as Director of Sales (or senior sales leadership) within the 4/5-star hotel sector. Strong network of corporate and agency contacts. Commercially astute with a data-driven approach to sales strategy. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Confident communicator with the ability to represent the hotel brand at the highest level.
