Known for our bold flavours, vibrant atmosphere, and immersive dining experiences, we are now seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to drive new business and revenue growth for our newest opening in Manchester coming in September this year.

The Role:

As Director of Sales , you will be responsible for developing and executing proactive sales strategies to attract new business and drive event sales. You will lead the sales function across our Manchester location, managing relationships with key corporate clients and hospitality partners.

You will also be managing our Manchester-based Sales and Events Manager and collaborating with our London-based Sales team.
