Director of Sales required for a stunning luxury hotel and spa based on the outskirts of central London. This well established business has benefited from a significant investment program over the last 5 years and has outstanding facilities including a 150 individually designed bedrooms, extensive M&E facilities, impressive F&B including two restaurants and a world class spa. Our client is looking to recruit a director of sales to take ownership for the sales and business development strategy for the business. Working with all the key stakeholders within the business, the key objectives will be to improve market penetration in all areas, developing revenue making opportunities to achieve the companies goals for 2025/2026. This role will be responsible for a small, dedicated team within the sales department and they will require support, direction and effective leadership. This is senior leadership role, that will work closely with the general manager, to help develop and take the business to the next level. Our client requires an experienced sales director who has an established background in 4/5 star hotels, demonstrating in depth knowledge and experience developing business in the corporate / MICE markets.
