You will use your knowledge of the industry and its markets to look at ways to create growth, accurately forecast sales predictions and shifts in the marketplace, and avoid stagnation. This high degree of trend analysis, market monitoring, and result tracking requires a candidate with a well-developed business sense.

Actively managing the sales team with a focus on developing talent, you will setting objectives, coach, monitor performance and drive them to exceed sales goals.
