You will combine leadership of service delivery with a strong emphasis on business development, driving revenue growth and strengthening client relationships for innovative electrical solutions.In this Director of Service Operations role, you can expect to:Lead end-to-end service operations across project management, engineering, estimating, and field service for electrical systems—driving efficiency, reducing downtime, and ensuring safety and compliance.Grow service revenue by identifying contract renewals, upsell opportunities, and new business, working closely with sales to develop proposals, negotiate deals, and build strong client relationships.Inspire and manage a high-performing team of technicians, coordinators, and managers—recruiting top talent, setting clear goals, and fostering continuous development.Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to align service delivery with business goals, while managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L to maximise profitability.Act as the escalation point for complex service issues, using customer feedback to drive improvements and representing the business at client meetings, industry events, and trade showsTo be successful in this Director of Service Operations position, you will need a robust background in service operations leadership and business development within the electrical industry.
