The Director of Solution and Delivery, Member Services is a senior leader at Railpen, responsible for converting strategic objectives into member-first deliverables. This role leads multi-disciplinary teams across process engineering, change delivery and data intelligence to drive continuous improvement, embed innovation, and deliver high-quality, member-first pension services.

This role will responsible for overseeing the design, optimisation and implementation of end-to-end processes, with supporting management information, to ensure efficient, scalable, member-focused delivery.You will establish effective governance to support informed decision-making across the Member Services leadership team.The Director of Solution and Delivery will be tasked with driving a culture of innovation and experimentation to enhance efficiency effectiveness and member value.

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in a senior leadership role encompassing complex operational change and delivery, process engineering, or transformation within a regulated environment.Experience managing large-scale change portfolios is key to this role, with evidence of successfully managing budgets, timescales and risks. You will have expertise in designing and improving scalable, member-focused operational processes and will be proficient in using data insights to inform decisions and drive performance. Key to this role will be the ability to build and develop high-performing multi-disciplinary teams across delivery, change, process, and data.

As the Director of Solution and Delivery, you will have the ability to embrace complexity, be comfortable with managing ambiguity and have excellent skills in delivering clear communication. You will be capable of prioritising and managing multiple change portfolios to maximise impact. We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in managing senior stakeholders, overcoming resistance to change and demonstrating the ability to gain trust. You will be keen to effectively lead and share best practice with direct reports and will foster a culture of empowerment, collaboration, and continuous learning aligned with Railpen’s values.
