Director, Technical Consulting Services – Workday AI & Integration Lead

Remote, UK-Based | Up to £140k base + bonus

We’re partnered with a global consultancy looking to appoint a new Director to lead their Technical Consulting Services across EMEA. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands the Workday ecosystem (Integrations, Data, Reporting, Prism, Extend) and is ready to build a tech Centre of Excellence with AI at the core.

This isn’t a "keep the lights on" role—it’s about defining what’s next.

What you’ll bring

• Proven background in Workday technical consulting (7–10+ years), with hands-on experience in:
• Integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors)
• Prism Analytics, Workday Extend, and composite reporting
• Experience with Workday AI capabilities, including Illuminate and RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, etc.)
• Leadership style that balances execution and innovation—capable of managing remotely and inspiring across cultures.
• Experience with pre-sales and delivery processes, including RFPs, estimations, and solutioning.
