Director, Technical Consulting Services – Workday AI & Integration Lead Remote, UK-Based | Up to £140k base + bonus We’re partnered with a global consultancy looking to appoint a new Director to lead their Technical Consulting Services across EMEA. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands the Workday ecosystem (Integrations, Data, Reporting, Prism, Extend) and is ready to build a tech Centre of Excellence with AI at the core. This isn’t a "keep the lights on" role—it’s about defining what’s next. Why this role? Real innovation brief : Workday Illuminate, native AI, and automation are central to this hire. You’ll own the roadmap. Leadership scope : Manage and mentor a senior technical team across EMEA. Direct line into global decision-making. Shape the future : Establish tooling frameworks, drive efficiency, and elevate delivery across multiple workstreams. Trusted partner to sales : Collaborate on orals, RFPs, and SOWs—your voice will influence how the consultancy wins and delivers. What you’ll bring Proven background in Workday technical consulting (7–10+ years), with hands-on experience in: Integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors) Prism Analytics, Workday Extend, and composite reporting Experience with Workday AI capabilities, including Illuminate and RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, etc.) Leadership style that balances execution and innovation—capable of managing remotely and inspiring across cultures. Experience with pre-sales and delivery processes, including RFPs, estimations, and solutioning.
