Director, Productivity role at Salesforce. Lead the MuleSoft Enablement team in EMEA, reporting to the Senior Director of MuleSoft Sales Enablement and embedded in the EMEA sales organization. Focus on maximizing sales productivity and growth for MuleSoft in a dynamic and diverse market.

Job location

This position can be located in London or another large EMEA hub (e.g., Dublin, Paris, Madrid, Milan, Amsterdam, Munich, etc.).

Role context

This role is a leadership position within the OCOO team, partnering with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to translate global priorities into targeted enablement programs for the EMEA region. The goal is to improve productivity, increase win rates, and accelerate the growth of MuleSoft in EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Enablement Business Partner team. Recruit, coach, set goals, and empower the team to deliver high-quality enablement work and grow their careers.
  • Partner with EMEA sales leadership as a trusted advisor. Diagnose business challenges, identify performance gaps, and co-create a data-informed enablement strategy that drives accountability and forecastability.
  • Design and execute the EMEA enablement strategy. Own the global-local model, tailor programs for diverse markets, and support AEs, SEs, and BDRs.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales Strategy, Sales Programs, Product Marketing, and Operations to deliver scalable, regionally aligned solutions.
  • Deliver leader-first programs that empower sales managers to coach effectively through key sales motions, plays, and product launches.
  • Measure and communicate impact beyond activity metrics, tracking pipeline, sales cycle velocity, ACV, and Net New Annual Order Value attainment.
  • Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with Salesforce values and a growth mindset focused on the agentic AI future.

What we're looking for (Qualifications)

  • Experience: 8+ years in sales enablement, sales strategy, or sales leadership, preferably within high-growth enterprise software (SaaS). Strong experience supporting the EMEA market; sales experience preferred.
  • People leadership: Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
  • Executive communication & influence: Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior leaders and large audiences.
  • End-to-end program expertise: Track record of producing impactful events, driving adoption of methodologies, and measuring business impact of enablement programs.
  • Dynamic execution: Comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable, and able to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic acumen: Trusted advisor to senior sales leadership; translate business goals into actionable enablement strategies.
  • Data-driven: Proficient in designing measurable programs and using data to diagnose problems and quantify impact.
  • Values-aligned: Integrity, impact, growth mindset, collaboration; enthusiastic about AI-enabled futures.
