Are you ready to lead high-impact investment projects within the life sciences sector? We are seeking a Director of Project Delivery to oversee large-scale capital investment projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance. Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver complex CAPEX projects across engineering, design, construction, commissioning, and qualification phases. Drive compliance with safety policies, regulations, and industry standards. Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and timely delivery. Oversee cost control, scheduling, and technical problem-solving throughout project lifecycles. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors to guarantee top-quality execution. Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, including GMP and modern CQV approaches. Report on project progress, risks, and performance to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Requirements:
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or a related discipline. Proven experience in project engineering and project management within biologics or pharmaceutical industries, ideally on an international scale. Strong technical knowledge across clean and black utilities, process, automation, instrumentation, and civil engineering. Expertise in facility design, cost-effective project delivery, and compliance-driven execution. Excellent problem-solving abilities and collaborative leadership skills. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
