Location: South of England & Wales (Field-based with travel across the region)
Salary: Up to £140,000 basic + Car Allowance + Bonus + LTIP

Zachary Daniels is proud to be partnering with a leading, service-led retailer at a key moment in its journey. We're looking for a Divisional Director based in the South of England and Wales to lead the division. The Divisional Director will combine strong commercial insight with deep expertise in customer experience, people leadership, and operational delivery. This business puts people—both customers and colleagues—at its core and is now embarking on an exciting phase of growth and transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and develop a team of Regional Managers to drive performance across the South of England and Wales.
  • Embed a culture of exceptional service and one-to-one customer engagement throughout the division.
  • Maintain and strengthen a positive, people-first culture through change and growth.
  • Translate strategic goals into operational success, growing sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with central teams to align performance, standards, and service delivery.
  • Be a visible, hands-on leader who sets high standards and inspires excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Senior leader with experience at Divisional, Regional, or Senior Operations level.
  • Based in or willing to operate across the South of England and Wales.
  • Background in service-led, one-to-one sales environments within a retail or large-scale hospitality brand.
  • Commercially sharp with proven ability to analyse performance and drive results.
  • Experience leading transformation and change in a retail or hospitality setting.
  • Inspirational people leader who can motivate, develop, and retain high-performing teams, with a strategic mindset balanced by a hands-on approach.
