The EMEA Channel Director reporting to the EMEA Head of Sales will work cross-functionally to execute the Channel strategy, develop programs and enablement that will drive partner-led and co-sell growth. The Channel Manager acts as the ‘CEO’ of the partnership ensuring that various cross-functional work streams align to the overall business plan and regularly measure through success metrics.

Role to be based near London

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including executives, sales and sales management, product managers, and technical teams.
  • Develop and execute a regional channel enablement program, tailored to the partner profiles held within the LogicGate ecosystem.
  • Conduct regular sales training presentations with partner sales teams to ensure they understand and can articulate LogicGate’s Value Proposition, with the ability to qualify sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with LogicGate cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, sales, and marketing, to define partnership goals and objectives.
  • Oversee relationship-building activities and account mapping activities between LogicGate sales organization and partners
  • Work with the Channel Marketing team to drive marketing programs with key partners and ensure that activities tie back to a successful ROI
  • Assist with driving pipeline, sales qualification, and closing of business
  • Define and deploy business plans to deepen our traction with existing channel partners, reviewing and re-assessing quarterly
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LogicGate's competitive positioning in the marketplace
  • Regularly interact directly with partners and customers
  • Track partner performance and provide feedback to help partners optimize their approach.
  • Handle any challenges or conflicts that arise between partners and your organization.
  • Ability to Travel up to 30% both domestic and international for meetings and team collaboration.

We get excited about you if you have:

  • 5+ years experience in managing large, complex partnerships with Resellers and Consulting partners.
  • Track record of building Channel Enablement programs
  • Pre existing network of Cyber/GRC partners in EMEA, in particular The UK
  • Great people skills.
  • Build lasting relationships.
  • Tech savvy – can quickly pick up new SaaS technology and understands our platform front and back
  • Experience presenting to Executives at a partner and customer level
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Can demonstrate understanding and alignment with LogicGate’s company values
