This senior role sits within PwC’s national Employment Tax team, part of the fast-growing Reward & Employment practice. You’ll advise large and complex employers across sectors on international employment tax compliance, helping them navigate multi-jurisdictional obligations as they expand globally. From regulatory change to technology‑enabled solutions, you’ll lead strategic client engagements and shape the future of employment tax services.

What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Manage a portfolio of multinational clients and lead cross‑border advisory projects
  • Collaborate across UK and global teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Develop thought leadership and promote PwC’s brand through external networks
  • Identify new opportunities and lead client proposal activities

The Skills & Experience We’re Looking For

  • You bring deep expertise in international employment taxes across multiple jurisdictions
  • You understand international social security and UK employer NI obligations
  • You’ve advised on compliance for business visitors, commuters, and non‑resident directors
  • You’re confident navigating cross‑border equity, deferred comp, and bonus sourcing
  • You hold an ACA/CTA qualification (or international equivalent) or have equivalent experience, including international candidates qualifying through experience in their home country
  • You lead with integrity, communicate clearly, and motivate others to grow
