About the role
This senior role sits within PwC's national Employment Tax team, part of the fast-growing Reward & Employment practice. You'll advise large and complex employers across sectors on international employment tax compliance, helping them navigate multi-jurisdictional obligations as they expand globally. From regulatory change to technology-enabled solutions, you'll lead strategic client engagements and shape the future of employment tax services.
What your days will look like:
- Manage a portfolio of multinational clients and lead cross-border advisory projects
- Collaborate across UK and global teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Develop thought leadership and promote PwC's brand through external networks
- Identify new opportunities and lead client proposal activities
The skills & experience we're looking for:
- You bring deep expertise in international employment taxes across multiple jurisdictions
- You understand international social security and UK employer NI obligations
- You've advised on compliance for business visitors, commuters, and non-resident directors
- You're confident navigating cross-border equity, deferred comp, and bonus sourcing
- You hold an ACA/CTA qualification (or international equivalent) or have equivalent experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country
- You lead with integrity, communicate clearly, and motivate others to grow
