ER & HR Compliance Director Fixed Term Contract (until end of 2025) Based in central London 2-3 days a week Up to £120,000 + benefits Immediate start! Oakleaf Partnership are seeking a highly experienced Director of Employee Relations & HR Compliance to shape strategy, lead best practice, and drive a positive workplace culture for this global creative business. This role partners closely with senior leaders, HR teams, and Legal & Compliance to ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant people practices across the UK operations and EMEA region. About the role: You'll spend around 70% of your time supporting the UK-based population (c.4,000 employees) and 30% leading a regional Centre of Excellence. You'll oversee policy design and compliance, lead complex case investigations, and provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders. Using data and analytics, you'll identify trends, address root causes, and implement proactive solutions to improve engagement and reduce ER risks.
