You’ll play a vital role within the agency’s Event Technology & Registration team, shaping the technological backbone of global brand experiences. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to design, implement, and optimise event technology solutions that drive engagement and elevate audience experience.Responsibilities include:Design, configure, and deploy event technology solutions across digital, hybrid, and live event formatsAdvise clients and internal teams on the best use of platforms such as Cvent, Swoogo, RainFocus, or similarLead integration between multiple platforms to create seamless user experiencesDeliver technical support, troubleshooting, and on-site implementation during event deliveryManage vendor relationships and maintain up-to-date knowledge of new platform featuresCreate clear documentation of workflows and configurations for internal knowledge sharingAct as a trusted technical consultant, translating complex concepts into accessible languageThe CandidateThis Event Platform Director role would suit an experienced event technologist who thrives on problem-solving and innovation. You’ll have a deep understanding of event technology ecosystems and the ability to connect strategy with execution. You will need experience of working with event technology systems such as Cvent or Rainfocus etc. Alongside this, you will need a good technical understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript to ensure the experience is user friendly.
