Key responsibilities: Lead, mentor and support a small, collaborative planning team Manage and oversee a variety of residential and rural projects Provide clear, expert planning advice to clients and stakeholders Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships Drive business development and contribute to growth opportunities Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high professional standard Stay ahead of planning policy changes and industry trends Play a key role in shaping the future direction of the consultancy
