OverviewWe're seeking a highly capable and confident Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. This is more than a support role—it's a strategic partnership. You'll be the MD's right hand, ensuring priorities are met, communications are clear, and operations run smoothly across the leadership landscape.ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics across multiple time zonesPrepare briefing packs, agendas, and minutes for leadership meetings and board sessionsHandle confidential correspondence and act as a trusted liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholdersMonitor and prioritise inboxes, flagging key actions and ensuring timely follow-upSupport the MD in delivering strategic initiatives, including transformation projects, investor relations, and regulatory engagementsCoordinate cross-functional communications and ensure alignment across the senior leadership teamAssist with internal communications, town halls, and leadership offsitesQualificationsProven experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a regulated or tech-driven environmentOutstanding organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities with graceHigh emotional intelligence, discretion, and a proactive mindsetStrong written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for professional polishProficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams, and digital collaboration toolsA calm, solutions-focused approach—especially under pressureAbout the CompanyEdenred PayTech is part of the global Edenred Group and a trusted leader in payment technology.
