About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Executive Creative Director to lead our creative charge across EMEA, driving world-class campaigns that intersect attention, culture, and business impact. Based in London, this is a regional leadership role with influence across multiple markets and client categories — from global CPGs to disruptive digital-first brands.
The ideal candidate combines award-winning creative sensibility with deep platform fluency, a collaborative mindset, and a proven ability to grow, lead, and inspire cross-disciplinary teams.
This role is part of a confidential search for a key regional creative leader.
What You’ll Do
- Creative Leadership:
- Oversee and elevate the creative output across key EMEA markets — ensuring it is strategic, culturally relevant, and platform-native.
- Client Partnership:
- Partner with senior clients and internal business leads to translate business challenges into breakthrough creative ideas that deliver measurable results.
- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a multi-market creative team across disciplines (art, copy, design, film, innovation), fostering a culture of craft, curiosity, and accountability.
- Creative Vision & Direction:
- Set and articulate a strong creative vision for the region that aligns with the global creative agenda.
- Pitching & Growth:
- Actively contribute to new business pitches, driving narrative and creative strategy. Build and strengthen creative reputation in the region.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with strategy, media, and production teams to ensure creative ideas are both bold and executable.
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of creative experience, with at least 5 in a regional or global leadership capacity
- A standout portfolio of campaigns that merge culture, storytelling, and digital execution
- Experience leading integrated work across social, content, digital, experiential, and traditional
- Deep understanding of platform-specific creativity (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.)
- Proven success managing large teams and multiple stakeholders across borders
- Strong client-facing skills with experience presenting to C-suite
- Highly collaborative, solutions-oriented, and adaptable to fast-moving environments
- Experience in global network agencies or fast-paced independent shops preferred
This is a confidential leadership search.
