As our first-ever Executive Creative Director, you’ll set the creative vision for Virgin, steering our in-house studio to deliver work that’s bold, beautiful and brilliantly effective. Responsibilities
- Lead Virgin’s in-house Creative Studio – the engine powering our brand, design and customer experience.
- Partner with product, marketing and data teams to bring the Virgin look and feel to life across every touchpoint.
- Create scroll-stopping campaigns, rapid-turn cultural activations and design systems that scale.
- Shape and grow a world-class team of designers, copywriters and UX pros.
- Champion creative standards across the whole Virgin ecosystem.
- Own the vision, pipeline and budget for the Creative Studio, making bold calls on where we go next.
What you’ll need
- A proven track record in senior creative leadership, with a portfolio full of iconic, culture-led work.
- Experience building and scaling design systems that keep brands fresh but consistent.
- A knack for turning big ideas into campaigns and user journeys that actually move the needle.
- Agility to deliver at Virgin pace – from big, multi-month projects to 48-hour cultural moments.
- Confidence presenting to senior leaders and rallying teams around your vision.
- Fluency in modern design and collaboration tools (think Figma, Miro, Jira).

- Location: London hub & your home space

- Working hours: Full time (or part time if applicable) - Flexible working. Let us know what hours empower you to be at your best, and we\'ll try to match.
