Your background should reflect successful delivery of complex transformation projects where you have managed diverse teams across borders, overseen significant budgets, navigated intricate stakeholder landscapes, handled sensitive communications with regulators, and driven enterprise-wide change aligned with corporate strategy.

Responsibilities & Experience

• Lead large-scale regulatory change programmes within ECB-regulated banks or across the European banking sector, particularly involving SREP, ICAAP, ILAAP, risk governance frameworks, or operational resilience initiatives.
• Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the ECB\'s evolving supervisory landscape, including direct experience navigating multi-jurisdictional compliance requirements across EMEA regulators.
• Manage all facets of major programmes—from process redesigns through data management, policy development, client experience optimisation, system architecture, digitisation, and workflow improvements—and deliver measurable efficiencies.
