Our Client is the UK's largest music therapy charity, with a unique approach shaped by more than 60 years of practice. They believe that everyone has the right to connect, express, and be seen through music - regardless of disability, illness, or social exclusion.

The organisation is now seeking an Executive Director of Income Generation, a newly created senior role that will shape their future income strategy and help deliver transformative impact through music therapy.

Full time, Permanent, Hybrid - North London Office (min. 2 days per week office based), £92,500 plus £1,500 London weighting

The Executive Director of Income Generation will play a pivotal role on the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for driving sustainable income growth and maximising the charity's profile and reach. With an annual target of £7.2m by 2026 and £9.1m by 2028, the postholder will drive growth in philanthropic giving, legacy fundraising, major donor development, and high-value partnerships, while embedding robust systems, processes, and stewardship approaches.

The successful candidate will bring substantial experience of leading large, complex, multi-disciplinary income generation teams at Senior Leadership level, with a proven track record of income growth and diversification. They will have strong commercial acumen, deep expertise in donor engagement, and the ability to build high-value relationships across a diverse stakeholder base.
