Creative Education Trust is seeking an exceptional Executive Director: Safeguarding & Student Experience to lead a Trust-wide vision for safe, inclusive, and empowering school environments. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of safeguarding, behaviour, personal development, and careers education across a dynamic network of schools—ensuring every student feels safe, supported, and ready to thrive.

Location: Flexible, with regular travel across Trust schools

Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience

Start Date: January or earlier by negotiation

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Full-time
