What will the Finance Director role involve?
Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely monthly and annual reporting Build commercial strategy with the Board and MD, for international business. Act as financial guide for commercial arrangements and negotiations Lead Foreign exchange requirements and plan effectively Partner with the Managing Director to develop and execute long-term strategic plans Oversee budgeting, forecasting, investment appraisal and decision support Manage cash flow, working capital and tax compliance Ensure robust internal controls, policies, and legal/regulatory compliance Provide oversight of IT systems and support the IT Manager in d...
