Since 2016, they’ve grown to support over 100,000 people through 145+ community hubs across the North of England. With an annual income of ~£6m, their mission is simple: make life more affordable, build stronger communities, and reduce food waste.

As they scale nationally, we’re looking for a Finance Director to lead their financial strategy and ensure operational excellence.

The Role

Joining our Senior Leadership Team, you’ll take ownership of TBBT’s financial health — shaping strategy, strengthening controls, and ensuring compliance as we grow. This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll oversee everything from budgeting and reporting to statutory accounts and grant finance, while supporting and developing our Finance Manager. You'll be a key partner to the CEO and Board, helping TBBT stay financially strong and future-fit. This opportunity will be great for a Finance Manager looking to step into a Finance Director position and having more strategic input while still allowing them to be hands on. What You’ll Do
