We are searching for an experienced Global Employer Services Tax Associate Director to make an impact within our team at RSM UK.

About the team: Our national Employer Solutions team, with 100 specialists across the UK, focuses on domestic employment tax, global employer services, and share plan and reward. We provide tailored support to help clients navigate employment tax issues, manage global workforce challenges, and develop reward strategies, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strategic alignment.

Role overview: As an Associate Director, based in Gatwick, Guildford, Reading, Bristol, Southampton, or Birmingham, you will work within a team of Global Mobility experts, dealing with complex global mobility tax issues and building your career in a progressive environment where your expertise can make a significant impact.

Your responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with a national team, providing advisory and compliance services within Global Mobility
• Leading advisory projects with technical excellence and practical, commercial approaches
• Contributing to business development, proposals, and networking events
• Mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of inclusion, respect, and innovation

Ideal candidate:

• ATT and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent)
• Specialist in Global Mobility with complex tax issue expertise
• Open, approachable, and a good listener
• Skilled in people management and talent development
• Aspiring to coach, lead, and develop a team
