The Opportunity
Core6 Talent is proud to lead the search for a Global Sales Director on behalf of a high-growth software company transforming how telco partners deliver communications and customer experience solutions.
There’s no one in seat today. As the business has grown & shifted to have a full suite of offerings, this role has grown to accommodate as well! Executive leadership is covering sales in the interim ( & they are well equipped to do so as they have grown up through the sales side of the industry) but it’s time to bring in a true leader to take the reins and build scalable momentum across the UK and global partner markets.
This role offers full ownership of the sales function, visibility with top execs, and the chance to shape how revenue is driven and delivered across a multi-product portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership seat for someone who thrives in growth, transformation, and channel-led scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the UK-based sales team to consistently hit monthly revenue targets
- Oversee and support a sales team managed by a Sales Director in the US
- Own the full sales strategy, pipeline performance, and drive the team to deliver on KPIs
- Drive partner and end-user engagement across the UK and global markets
- Support channel growth—working directly with 300+ active partners
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and executive leadership to align growth priorities
- Introduce new products into the sales cycle and take offerings from 0 to scaled revenue
- Work hand in hand with the CEO and CRO (both telco veterans with 25+ years of experience)
- Travel across the UK as needed, with occasional international travel to the US and other countries
What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates will have 10+ years experience in Telecommunications industry leading sales teams with a mix of large company and smaller start-up or scale-up environments. We need someone who knows what good looks like and how to go out and recreate it for a smaller growing org!
- 10+ years in B2B sales, including 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity
- Proven success scaling sales teams and growing channel revenues in the UK telecom sector
- Deep familiarity with UCaaS, CCaaS, and contact center technologies
- Track record introducing and scaling new product lines
- High EQ, commercial instincts, and a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive clarity in evolving environments
- Comfortable working with SMB to mid-market customers; enterprise exposure a plus
- Channel sales experience is a must
We are flexible on compensation structure for the right candidate (mix of base+bonus)
- 25 days PTO + 8 UK bank holidays (flexible up to 30)
- Remote role with UK-based leadership and global exposure
