Our client is a scaling, British, PE backed, Luxury Fashion label that is experiencing significant growth within the UK, US and APAC. This omni-channel player is achieving double-digit growth through a radical transformation of its e-fulfilment capabilities at a regional level whilst building strategic partnerships with its International wholesalers and driving innovation of customer experience across its retail operations.
As the incumbent Group Director of FP&A & Commercial Finance begins an 18 months secondment as US CFO; we are seeking a talented finance leader to take over the management and development of these strategic finance capabilities. Ably supported by a team of 8 FP&A and Commercial Finance Business Partners (3 direct reports) you will lead the in-year forecasting and long-range financial planning calendar as well as supporting across all commercial and strategic investment decisions.
Whilst you will already thrive when operating at Board level and partnering with CEO, CFO, COO as well as all Creative and Design Department Heads; you will also be hands-on and willing to get stuck into the detail alongside your team. This 18 months contract is definitely not a caretaker role. We are seeking an individual who will bring fresh perspectives and new ways of working combined with exceptional data analysis capabilities. Recent and deep experience gained in the Luxury retail / / Fashion sectors is essential.
