We are seeking an exceptional Group Operations Director to lead and develop group operations functions, including warehousing, supply chain, manufacturing, and facilities. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will shape and deliver a five-year operations strategy in support of ambitious group-wide objectives.

This is a Board-level, senior leadership role with significant scope and influence across the organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, cost effectiveness, service levels, compliance, and safety across all operations. Your leadership will be critical in building and motivating high-performing teams, embedding best practice, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that make a measurable difference to the business.

What You’ll Deliver

  • Shape and deliver a five-year operations strategy in line with group goals.
  • Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams across warehousing, supply chain, manufacturing, and facilities.
  • Drive efficiency, service, cost-effectiveness, compliance, and safety across all operations.
  • Embed best practice, performance management, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the Board to align operational delivery with financial strategy and business goals.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional operations at senior leadership level.
  • 10+ years’ senior leadership experience within multi-site, multi-channel organisations.
  • Commercially astute, hands-on, and results-driven.
  • Confident in managing complexity, optimising processes, and delivering innovative solutions.
  • Outstanding people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
