Having experienced exceptional growth over the past four years, we are now looking for a talented individual to join the team as Growth Director.Reporting directly to our Founder/CEO, you’ll take ownership of Fussy’s growth strategy and execution — driving customer acquisition, retention and reactivation — while also building the team, systems and capabilities to scale Fussy into one of the UK’s most loved sustainable brands (and beyond).ResponsibilitiesGrowth strategy and execution: define, evolve and deliver our overall growth strategy, aligned to company goals, revenue targets and unit economics.Commercial ownership: own top-line growth targets, ensuring CAC, LTV and contribution margins are sustainable and optimised.Lead channel performance: Paid, search, affiliates, CRM, partnerships, retail + offline, setting direction and testing frameworks, but also diving into execution where needed to unlock performance.Experimentation & optimisation: design, prioritise and run growth experiments across online and offline touchpoints (paid media, SEO, referral, CRO, events, partnerships, PR, direct mail).Data-driven decision making: champion a growth culture built on insight, experimentation and analytics. Use data to understand customer behaviour, optimise the funnel and surface actionable insights for the wider business.Budget management: manage and optimise marketing budgets with accountability for spend efficiency and ROI.Cross-functional leadership: partner with Creative, Product, Ops and Retail to ensure growth is embedded across the organisation.Team building: build, lead and mentor a high-performing growth team, and manage external partners/agencies effectively.Stakeholder & board collaboration: report growth performance and strategy to CEO, board and investors, influencing decision-making and funding strategy.Who You AreA proven growth leader with experience driving multi-million pound revenue in a fast-scaling, omnichannel brand.Comfortable owning commercial performance, budgets and P&L levers.Experienced in both strategy and execution — able to set the direction, but also dive into the detail when needed.Track record of building, leading and developing high-performing teams.Skilled across performance marketing, lifecycle/CRM, CRO, partnerships and brand-led growth.Strong analytical and data skills, able to generate insights that influence both marketing and wider commercial strategy.Experienced in running structured experiments to deliver measurable improvements in acquisition and retention.Confident working with senior stakeholders (CEO, board, investors) while rolling your sleeves up with the team.Entrepreneurial, creative, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.What We OfferA chance to say you helped save the planet, and smell great doing itA salary of £100,000–150,000 depending on experienceHybrid working with Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in our London office (Shoreditch)33 days annual leave including flexible bank holidays + a day off for your birthdayWellhub membership with fitness & wellbeing optionsShare options after probation — we grow, you growAbout FussyFussy are on a mission to banish single-use plastic from the bathroom by designing simple, effective and convenient personal care products backed by science not buzzwords.
