HR Director at Family Office to UHNWI, strong focus on global C-level recruitment

Main responsibilities: Interacting with the Principal to determine personnel needs. Organizing and maintaining effective processes related to personnel management in the Family Office. Managing the HR team of the Family Office. Organizing and managing the processes of recruiting personnel for the Family office. Independent management of key positions, hunting for top specialists in international markets. Negotiating with candidates about job offers, conditions, compensation. Requirements: Higher education in HR management, psychology, sociology or related fields Experience in a similar position for at least 5 years, preferably, but not necessarily in the Family Office or similar structures. Fluent native Russian is a must. Experience working with a UHNWI business owner. Experience developing and implementing HR strategies. Successful experience in hunting C-level management across the globe (USA, Europe, etc.).
