The role will shape and implement the people strategy, lead organisational development, manage and mentor the HR team and support growth objectives.This role has hybrid/flexible working arrangements as well as a highly attractive compensation and benefits package.The RoleReporting to the UK Managing Director, as HR Director, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:leading the development and execution of a global HR strategy aligned with business goalsoverseeing talent acquisition, retention, succession and leadership development to build future-ready talent pipelineshelping shape scalable structures and driving organisational change to meet evolving business needschampioning DEI initiatives that promote an inclusive workplaceensuring efficient HR operations and full compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirementsdriving initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagementutilising technology and data to improve HR effectiveness and support evidence-based decision-makingmanaging the HR budget and building a strong, regionally-aligned HR team to deliver strategic prioritiescontributing to cross-company initiatives and projects, ensuring collaboration and knowledge sharing that benefits the wider groupAs HR Director, you will be required to operate at a strategic level in order to advise, implement and influence at all levels throughout the business.The CandidateIdeally of graduate standard, or higher, candidates for the HR Director role will have preferably worked within a senior business or HR focused discipline.In addition, candidates for the HR Director role will be required to demonstrate that they have/are:progressively complex/strategic HR work experience in the same or similar role, preferably from within the manufacturing or engineering sectorspreviously worked within a complex or multi-national organisationfamiliarity with European employment lawexperience and knowledge of HR Transformationprevious experience of developing and executing comprehensive talent management strategies across the employee lifecycleCandidates for the HR Director role should also have:proven stakeholder management abilities with strategic thinking skillsexcellent communication skills and the ability to be flexible in a challenging environmentthe capability to be a hands-on type individual, who demonstrates initiative with a positive and professional outlookthe ability to work effectively within a team but also under their own initiative, demonstrating that they are an organised and capable individual, used to multi-tasking and can prioritise their workload in order to meet exacting deadlinesthe ability to be commercially astute, analytical and results driven with a strong commitment to success and excellencethe capacity to be a strong, capable leader, with the presence to motivate and influence across all levels of the businessCandidates should note that there will be some international travel with this role.Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionHuman ResourcesIndustriesManufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
