Inside Sales Director – EMEAI Hybrid – UK-based with regular travel £110,000 + 25-50% bonus (Uncapped)
A cutting-edge life sciences company at the forefront of their technology is seeking an exceptional Inside Sales Director to lead and evolve its EMEAI inside sales function. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a high-impact, fast-growth business with a transformative technology platform already adopted globally.
As part of a dynamic commercial leadership team, you will drive lead conversion strategy, coach and develop a high-performing inside sales team, and work cross-functionally with technical support and customer success functions to deliver outstanding customer engagement.
This is a hybrid position, requiring regular on-site presence at the company’s UK headquarters a couple of times per week, near Oxford.
