Salary: c£110,000 - c£120,000 (Bonus, Pension, Life Insurance, Healthcare)
Be the lead institutional sales contact for the business, this includes introducing new investor relationships and building investor relationships, and facilitating existing investor client requests, all to support a sustainable institutional network of funding line providers.
Represent the firm at investor meetings, marketing events, and roadshows.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders. Manage existing and expand relationships with High-Net-Worth Investors, family offices, consultants, and other stakeholders. Cement, consolidate and build a sustainable institutional network of funding line providers, including understanding their detailed requirements, to support the growth of our lending objectives. Lead fundraising efforts across current and future real estate funds/deals, with a focus on HNWs and Institutional Investors. Contribute to the strategic development of the fundraising platform, including new product initiatives and geographic expansion. Support the creation and presentation of compelling pitch materials, investment memorandums, and financial models to support client engagements and business development efforts. Collaborate with Origination, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth execution of fundraising processes.Skills required:
Proven experience in fundraising or investor relations within private markets. Strong quantitative, financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills. Passion for investing with specific interest in credit / other structured products. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexible and creative mindset. Ability to self-direct, analyse and evaluate and form independent judgments. Ability to interact and build relationships with a wide variety of people. Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills. In-depth understanding of regulations and other relevant financial laws. Effective communication skills to provide clear guidance and training.
