Venture Search is partnered with a leading Investment Bank, recognized globally for its excellence in Secondaries. As a leader in the industry, they are expanding their Private Capital Advisory team by adding a senior individual to the team.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the execution of Secondaries transactions, with a main focus on GP-led deals.Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape within the Private Capital and Secondaries space.Work with the origination team to identify and onboard clients to the platform.Analyse and interpret relevant data to inform investment strategies and client recommendations.Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to the team's overall success.Identify potential risks associated with transactions and develop effective mitigation strategies.Qualifications:10+ years of relevant experience in Secondaries, at an Investment Bank or an Advisory firm.Proven track record in originating & executing GP-Led secondaries transactions.Strong LBO modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationship.Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
