Managing Director required to join a well-established engineering company based in Birmingham, West Midlands. The successful Managing Director will lead the business, grow sales, improve operations, and make sure the company continues to deliver great service to customers in industries such as manufacturing, energy, utilities, food & beverage, and building services.

The Managing Director will have senior leadership experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical services, with a strong history of running a business, managing budgets, and improving performance.

There will be regular travel within the UK to visit customers and other company sites.
