With bold expansion plans underway, the business is now seeking an experienced Managing Director to help drive the next stage of its journey. This pivotal role is a strategic counterpart to the Group CEO, focused on aligning operational excellence, client relationships, commercial growth, and cultural success. It requires a leader who can balance internal transformation with external presence – ensuring the agency continues on its current upward trajectory while evolving its operations to meet the demands of sustained growth.

The ideal candidate will bring:
Proven leadership experience as a Managing Director or senior agency leader within a B2B marketing agency Deep expertise in ABM and a strong understanding of the B2B landscape, ideally within IT/Tech A track record of delivering commercial growth and shaping business strategy The ability to deeply understand clients, building lasting senior-level relationships Experience in successfully leading and converting new business opportunities Strong creative and strategic appreciation, with the ability to recognise and champion great ideas Natural gravitas and presence, with the ability to influence, inspire and gain respect High energy, resilience, and the drive to overcome challenges and deliver results A people-first leadership style, capable of motivating, mentoring, and building high-performing teams
