Role Overview The Marketing Strategy, Senior Account Director (Fixed Term Maternity Cover) will oversee marketing deliverables for LIV Golf, managing strategy development, implementation, quality control and staff development. The role reports to the Head of Marketing Strategy and is part of the Global Marketing Senior Leadership Team. Key responsibilities include developing cross‑channel marketing campaigns (event marketing, brand development, sponsorship activation, content generation, social media management and PR & communications) and ensuring the highest levels of client delivery. Key Roles and Responsibilities
Develop brand and campaign strategies, working closely with creative teams to define look and feel. Coordinate campaign execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Plan, execute and optimise content calendars across key platforms. Collaborate with internal and external content creators to produce high‑quality assets. Use insights and analytics to inform platform selection and content decisions. Manage client delivery, meeting KPIs and maintaining high client satisfaction. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and stakeholders. Oversee procurement and management of external agencies as required. Liaise with stakeholders to maximise external channel leverage. Maintain strong internal relationships to support departmental objectives.
Special Skills, Experience & Aptitudes
Deep knowledge of sports marketing trends and the Singapore golf/lifestyle media landscape. Experience in travel/tourism/destination marketing. Proven track record delivering cross‑channel campaigns for consumer‑facing brands or events. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisational and project management abilities. Administrative and IT proficiency, with the ability to maintain detailed records. Ability to build a network within the global golf/sports industry. Degree in Business, Sports or Marketing (minimum). Minimum seven years’ marketing experience. Love for golf and the sports industry. Flexibility to work flexible hours.
