Overview We’re looking for a strategic, commercially minded New Business Director to lead and grow our opportunities across global markets. The role manages end‑to‑end pitch processes, builds strong relationships with intermediaries, clients, and internal teams, and shapes our new business and marketing strategy within the Publicis Groupe network. Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end RFP processes and deliver exceptional solutions. Author compelling New Business Proposals and guide pricing & resourcing discussions. Build relationships with Publicis Groupe New Business teams and leverage cross‑agency opportunities. Act as Publicis Pro’s Marketing Lead, articulate our B2B value proposition, and oversee industry marketing plans. Develop relationships with intermediaries and consultants to increase visibility. Own credentials, case studies, and service capabilities. Maintain Global New Business tracking & CRM tools and provide strategic analysis.
Qualifications
Experience in a New Business or Growth role. Background in a creative, digital, media or B2B Marketing agency with integrated marketing solutions. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing high‑value client partnerships. Strong network of industry contacts, including intermediaries. Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills. Excellent coordination and project management capabilities. Highly proactive, self‑motivated and ownership mindset. Confident communicator and persuasive presenter. Comfortable navigating pitch processes, RFI/RFP responses, and contract negotiations. Creative thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities and unlock growth potential. Experienced in lead generation, pipeline management, and CRM tools. Passion for B2B marketing and ability to translate complex propositions into compelling narratives.
