Non-Executive Board Director - Anchorwood Ltd

Anchorwood Limited is a subsidiary of North Devon Homes, an established affordable homes provider that seeks to deliver high-quality market homes in the south-west, with all profits from market sale helping to support the group’s wider delivery of affordable homes in the region.

We are looking to enhance the skills and experience on our Board with someone who has senior-level experience in the commercial delivery or marketing of new homes for market sale. You will ideally have extensive experience in the commercial property or housing sector and will be part of a strategic team focused on delivering high-quality homes.

You’ll need to be committed to our values and drive to be an ethical property developer. We work collaboratively to deliver the right homes in the right places and want to create communities where people want to live.

Key Details

• Base pay: £2,959 per annum
• Board meetings: Quarterly, alternating between in-person and virtual, with typically 5 meetings per year
• Closing Date: 10:00 am on 17 October 2025
• Interviews: 23 October 2025 – virtually on Teams
