We are looking for a Operations Director to lead and scale our UK operations as we transform into a £100m+ revenue, high-volume, automated space manufacturing business . Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will oversee Facilities, IT, Cybersecurity, Procurement, Health & Safety, and Security across multiple UK sites. Your leadership will ensure our operational backbone is ready to support the delivery of complex space programmes at scale.
