Operations Director

to lead and scale our UK operations as we transform into a

£100m+ revenue, high-volume, automated space manufacturing business . Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will oversee

Facilities, IT, Cybersecurity, Procurement, Health & Safety, and Security

across multiple UK sites. Your leadership will ensure our operational backbone is ready to support the delivery of complex space programmes at scale. Key Responsibilities: Drive operational excellence and scalable processes to support rapid growth. Lead multi-site facilities, labs, cleanrooms, and test environments. Oversee procurement, supply chain, and stores management. Manage IT infrastructure, tools, and cybersecurity strategies. Ensure HSE compliance and foster a culture of safety. Build, lead, and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams. Experience: Proven senior leadership in operations for £50m+ high-tech, production-driven organisations.
