We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Operations Director to lead the national delivery of planned maintenance, responsive repairs, and void property refurbishment across our £500 million social housing portfolio. This executive role is central to driving operational excellence, commercial performance, and customer satisfaction across all service lines.

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies that align with corporate objectives and deliver sustainable growth across planned, responsive, and voids contracts

National Oversight: Lead regional operations teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all contracts and geographies

Performance Management: Set and monitor KPIs for productivity, cost control, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Drive continuous improvement and innovation
