Operations Director – Dementia & Nursing Care (East Midlands)

A respected specialist dementia and nursing care provider in the East Midlands is seeking an Operations Director to lead the next phase of growth and development.

The group operates several well-established homes, known for person-centred, family-led care and strong CQC ratings. With over 300 beds, 550 staff and new developments underway, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact in a forward-thinking, quality-led organisation.

The Role

You’ll oversee quality, compliance, commercial performance and day-to-day operations across the group’s homes. Working closely with the Managing Director and senior team, you’ll ensure excellence in care, support future acquisitions, and embed innovation across all services.

About You

Experienced operational leader within elderly or nursing care (multi-site preferred)

Strong understanding of CQC standards and governance

*

Proven commercial and financial acumen

Collaborative, values-driven leadership style

Able to commute easily within the East Midlands
